New entity to deliver a global end-to-end travel retail solution
Merger supports TMCs & airline distribution capabilities
Travel tech innovators JR Technologies and Thomalex have announced they are joining forces in a bid to bolster their collective capabilities, globally.
The newly-formed entity, which will operate under the JR Technologies name and base itself in the United States, combines the strengths and expertise of both companies to deliver a global end-to-end travel retail solution.
JR Technologies, which supplies technology to many of the IAG airlines, including Aer Lingus, British Airways and Iberia, is known for its cutting-edge Aerostream order-based airline and travel supplier retailing solutions and is considered a market leader in developing platforms tailored to airline and travel retailers’ needs.
Thomalex develops unified solutions to meet the needs of travel agencies focused on leisure and business customers.
