Integration billed to help hoteliers boost revenue and ‘elevate guest relationships’
Cloudbeds and Cendyn announce strategic partnership
Hospitality management software platform Cloudbeds and hotel technology and services company Cendyn have announced a strategic partnership.
Cloudbeds’s property management system (PMS) will be connected with both Cendyn’s CRM and digital marketing platform as part of the tie-up.
The firms say the collaboration will drive revenue growth for hoteliers, allowing them to ‘optimise operations and elevate guest relationships’.
The systems’ integration is intended to streamline operational efficiency by centralising tasks such as cross-channel connectivity, digital advertising management, and campaign monitoring.
Hoteliers will be able to consolidate guest data across different touchpoints, to personalise marketing.
Through the centralised digital advertising platform, hoteliers can tailor campaigns to enhance guest experience and drive direct bookings.
Hoteliers will also be offered insights into guest behaviour, campaign performance, booking patterns, and revenue performance.
“By harnessing Cendyn’s robust marketing automation capabilities alongside Cloudbeds PMS, hoteliers can automate and optimise marketing campaigns while consolidating guest data,” said Chris Egan, chief product officer at Cendyn.
“This comprehensive approach enables precise audience segmentation, personalised content creation, and campaign scheduling tailored to guest behaviour and preferences.”
Sebastien Leitner, VP of partnerships at Cloudbeds, added: “Our collaboration with Cendyn marks an important milestone for us.
“By enhancing our leading PMS solution with Cendyn CRM and digital marketing functionality, we look forward to enabling hoteliers to elevate guest experiences and achieve even greater revenue growth.”
